Casa Simple is a Miami-based real estate brokerage built for working agents. We capped the broker take, automated the parts of the job that used to eat your evenings, and aligned the whole stack so the agent — not the brokerage — gets paid.
Most brokerages haven't changed in thirty years.
The job got more complicated. Lender forms got longer. Compliance got tighter. Buyers got faster, expecting same-day responses on Saturday afternoons. Sellers got pickier, expecting CMAs that account for every comp on the block.
And brokerages kept charging the same 20–30% split — for desk space you don't use, a CRM you outgrew, and a TC team that's always at lunch when the lender goes silent on Friday at 5pm.
We started Casa Simple because we got tired of paying for support that wasn't there, and we built ELLA because we got tired of doing the document chase-down ourselves at 11pm. The math is just better when the work gets done and the agent keeps the commission.

Honest about what ships
If ELLA can't do something yet, we say so. The blog and the ELLA page both list current capability and roadmap separately, by design.
Cap the broker take
The 10% split is capped at $5,000/year — even on a $200K commission year. We win when you win, not when you stay stuck at 70/30.
The agent has the last word
Every ELLA-drafted reply waits for your approval. You can flip on autopilot per channel when you trust her — but the default is your call.
Bilingual by default
South Florida is a bilingual market and our tools work that way out of the box. Not as a feature flag — as the default.
